General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Order Total:
We use a variety of delivery methods, small order will be delivered by parcel carrier, larger orders by a pallet distribution company or by our own vehicle, and you can also collect. We have used the parcel carriers and pallet distribution companies for several years and they have been reliable during that time, However it is important the package is thoroughly inspected for damage at the time of delivery and signed for with any comments noted on the delivery receipt, if this in not done then there can be no claim made against the carrier for damage during shipping.
Our Returns Policy
All purchases of standard equipment may be returned for a refund (with the exception of Postage & Packaging costs) providing there is a valid reason for return. We will not refund any custom made item. All returns must be made within 7 days from receipt of your purchase. Returns on any products must be complete, unworn and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for Postage & Packaging costs on returned items. All returns must be in writing so please e-mail with the order number, purchase date, product description and your contact phone and e-mail address.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Changing orders
Orders can be changed up to a week after the initial was first placed. The change must be notified in writing and dated.
There will be no cost incurred to make a change during this time. Once we have started to manufacture your order no changes can be made.
Collections
Orders can be collected from our premises, please give 24 hours notice before collecting
Payment
We accept payment by credit or debit card, chouse, postal order or bank transfer.
All orders must be paid for in full before collection/ dispatch.
Production time.
Our production times vary but usually take between three or four weeks. But for certainty it is best to ask at the time of ordering
