Henderson Plasticshave been manufacturing Ad-lib Pig Feeder equipment since 1989. During that time we have researched and developed the products which are offered today. Our Plastic Pig Hoppers are durable, some have been in use for 20 years and being made from 6mm polypropylene they are lightweight and easy to clean. They are made using the latest CAD and CNC cutting technology. More information on how we assemble our pig hoppers can be found here Our pig feeders are designed to suit the pig, with the feed space size fixed for a typical weight range, so our pig feeders are made in multiples of a set head space, specifically designed for the weight range of pig the hopper is designed for. The head space increases in size with each range of pig hopper with the weaner size the smallest and progressivly increasing in size through to the Sow Hopper. This ensures the pig has easy and comfortable access to the feed in the trough throughout its growing period.
Minimal feed wastage is also a main feature of our feeders. The adjustable choke regulates feed flow into the trough, the return on the trough edge reduces waste and when correctly adjusted our feeders are proven to significantly reduce feed wastage.
Freedom Foods Each feeder is fitted with full height dividers, these reduce aggression and bullying at the trough.
