HEATING page
USEING a gas or oil fired boiler to heat a pond needs a means of transferring the heat from the boiler into the pond water.
A heat exchanger carries out this function. Pond water from the filter is pumped into the Heat Exchanger, it passes over a coil where it picks up heat from the hot water circulating from the boiler. The water then returns to the pond.

All the heat exchangers we supply are made from 316 grade stainless steel.
The boiler can be a dedicated pond heater or you can use your own domestic one.
