Fluid Level Sensor & Gauge
Will operate on either 12v or 24v d.c.
We supply gauges for both fresh and black/grey water.

Fresh water
The fresh water in line level sensor can be placed into the pipeline within a meter of the tank and can be fitted either horizontally or vertically. The fitting supplied is suitable for 15mm copper or plastic tube.
The tank level is monitored on a  needle gauge which is clear and easy to read. The gauge can be located away from the tank in a convenient location.
A through tank version is also available which mounts directly into the tank side at low level.



















Black/grey water
The sensor probe for grey/black water tanks is mounted directly into the top of the tank. As with the fresh water set up, the needle gauge can be mounted in a convenient location.
Each sensor probe is is made to suit the depth of tank it is to be fitted to, so we will need to know the tank depth at the time of ordering.

SIMPLE installation and set up

Freshwater installation:
The sensor is fitted into the pipeline (15mm copper HepO2 or speedfit) within a meter of the tank. The gauge can be located where it is convenient. The sensor requires a 12v or 24v power supply.
Setting up. Fill tank. Adjust high level control in the sensor until the  needle gauge reads 10
Empty tank. Adjust low level control in the sensor until the gauge reads 0

The sensor works on pressure, so if the tank is a regular shape (straight sides up and down) then the gauge will give a constant and accurate indication of the tank contents.

For irregular shaped tanks the level reading will vary according to pressure as the tank empties or fills. However the full and empty readings will still be accurate.

BLACK & GREY water tanks.

Installation and set up procedure is similar to above except that a probe (supplied) has to be installed into the top of the tank into a ¾" bsp threaded socket. We need to know the depth of the tank so we can supply the correct length probe.

Full installation and set up instructions are supplied with each product.

The probe is installed into the top of the tank and can be supplied with either rubber seal or ¾" thread compression fitting (supplied), allow 45mm clearance above the tank for the rubber bung fitting and 65mm for the ¾" bsp version.
